I bought the KA food processor last year and am loving it. I use it often for grinding almonds/pecans until fine, making frosting, grinding vegetables, and last weekend I use it to make chocolate ganache from Rose’s recipe. I haven’t really used it for bread dough because I use the stand mixer or hand. I don’t remember the model name though it looks very similar to the one you pictured here, and mine was in red. Oh also, when I was researching between KA or Cuisinart, one of the things I read is that Cuisinart is much more noisier – and I think KA got better reviews. Hope this helps!

go down to singkapoh and buy it there la, if it’s cheaper.

return bus trip singapore baru rm110-160. flights pun banyak. apadaa..

or i know you can fit in an official trip or two to johor power plants haha

you know nicola .. after you mentioned magimix, i looked at it with a different view altogether .. it really sucks here with the prices of imported gadgets especially electrical ones are so exorbitant ..

haha .. woulnd’t mind that holiday though !

Tough decisions. I ended up with the Magimix because it was the best price / motor power. Weirdly, the Kenwood and the Magimix are the same price in the UK – about half of your price! Ouch.

You need to take a holiday and bring one back in your luggage…

If it is any consolation, I use mine at least once a week – so if you factor the price over all that usage… cheap!!! Not to mention how happy you will be when you see it on your bench.

i would .. definitely much cheaper .. around RM800 .. and shipping around RM400 .. so still affordable .. what would kill it is the custom and the tax they’ll impose .. bukan boleh letak harga USD0 … sebab kotaknya besar .. unless you’re getting me one from there. are you? are you?
